We’re delighted that this Sunday there will not one, but two Rocksalt Run Clubs!

In Blackrock, Fred's Functional Fitness and Brian Begley will be doing leading their awesome regular run.

Meanwhile, over in Carrick the crew at Embassy - Carrickmacross’s No.1 Personal Training will be hosting their inaugural Rocksalt Run. Starting at 8.30am from the cafe.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of whether you are seasoned or just starting out.

What’a more, there’ll be oaty refuelling treats from the Rocksalt kitchens for all those who take part in both locations.

There’s a chill in the air, and a change in the season…🍂

Welcome to Bakes & Bakers Volume 11 🍁 our first of the season

Up first we have our Black Forest Rolls 🍒 imagine a Black Forest Gateaux, but as a little roll! They’re the perfect bite sized treat. Chocolatey and gooey, with a beautiful tartness from the cherries, and sweetness from the cream cheese frosting

Next up we have our Apple Crumble Cheesecake 🍎 our traditional cheescake lovingly topped with baked apples and paired with a delicious crumble, and dusted with powdered sugar

And last, but certainly not least, we have our Louise Cake 🍰 a beautifully rich coconut sponge cake with sweet plums and a delicate French meringue

The highlight 🌟 of the month has to be the opening of our latest coffee dock ☕️ located in House Proud Furnishings , if you’ve not checked it out yet, you’re definitely missing out!

And we’re so delighted to see all the love coming to our newest Café and team in Castlebellingham, and of course to all our other sister locations 🫶

It’s the last month of the Summer ☀️ before we get into our Autumnal bakes 🍂
Here are our Summer bakes to close out the season, say hello 👋 to Volume 10 of our Bakes&Bakers series (featuring our lovely baristas as well ☕️)

Blueberry Cheescake 🫐 a lusciously rich and creamy cheescake loaded with blueberry flavour, adorned with fresh blueberries over the top and sprigs of mint 🌱

Iced Lemon Loaf 🍋 a perfect union of tart and sweet that only can be achieved by our expert bakers 👩‍🍳 it’s light and oh so lovely, with a decadent lemon infused icing

These Summer specials are available only for the month of August, and exclusively available in all our Rocksalt Cafes 🍽️

You’ve probably seen our Japanese Sandos in Castlebellingham… but have you seen our (Japanese) French Toast?!

Using the same slow-fermented milk bread, these little beauties elevate French Toast to the next level.

Choose between:

The Classic - with maple syrup, cream, berries & chocolate soil

Cinnamon Sugar - think churros - with a crispy cinnamon sugar coating, Chantilly cream & fresh banana.
