Little Rocksalt in Castlebellingham is open 🎉(And has been for a while!)

What a journey it has been, thank you to you all for following along and for your patience. We're so excited to welcome everyone through our doors!

Enjoy all the Rocksalt classics from our new open concept kitchen and cafe, or in our lovely outdoor seating area (weather permitting!)

And we're delighted to showcase our new Japanese Milk Bread Sandwiches 🍞 coming in four flavourful varieties!
🔥Grilled Halloumi drizzled with Hollandaise sauce and loaded with rocket leaves
🥚🥓Breakfast Sando stuffed with fluffy eggs and avocado, and topped with crispy bacon
🍗Crispy Chilli Chicken paired with classic spice bag style veg
🐷Pork Belly with an Asian-style slaw and garnished with scallions

If you're in a hurry, we have our signature coffees for takeaway and a Grab & Go fridge stocked with all your favourites!

What a Weekend 🎉

Rocksalt Carrickmacross' first Bank Holiday Weekend on the Main Street was something else!

With delectable street food treats, cafe favourites, and lovely Gelatos to keep you cool, there was plenty to celebrate this festival season.

Thank you to all who popped in this weekend, especially any and all performers!

We hope to see you all again next year!

We're kicking off the June Bank Holiday Weekend by
keeping our Carrickmacross cafe open until 8pm this
evening, and all days of the long weekend!
Our Carrick location will be serving up Rocksalt
classics you all know and love, but will also be
featuring a takeaway menu specially for the
Carrickmacross Street Festival 🎉

🐟🍟Fish Goujons & Chips
🍟🧄🌶️Loaded Fries with either Garlic & Parmesan or
Chipotle

And also a dedicated kid's menu featuring Goujon &

Enjoy the classic Rocksalt menu from the cool, comfortable interior of the cafe, out of the hussle and bussle of the festival.
