There’s something spooky lurking within some of these limited edition bakes…👀

Welcome to our Halloween edition for Bakes&Bakers 👻🎃🍂

First we have our decadent chocolate fudge cake 🍫 with a legion of merengue ghosts haunting the top, while something much sinister lurks below…rich chocolate frosting and candy button eyes 🍬

Then we have our graveyard of undead tray bakes 👻🪦☠️

Rich brownies topped with chocolate soil and handmade edible tombstones 🪦

Mummified brownies with delicious piped wrappings 🩹

And least but not least! Caramel squares topped with chocolate skulls and full of booey gooey caramel 😋

For the rest of October up until Halloween 🎃 you can treat 🍬 yourself to one, or all of these lovely bakes (no tricks included!) across all of our cafes ☕️

You can feel it in the air, Christmas party season is just around the corner! Rocksalt Carrickmacross has team up with our awesome neighbours Abhaile to create a nights to remember… 🥳🍾💃🕺

Festive food & fun from Rocksalt, followed but live music and a good ol’ knees up across the road at Abhaile. 🎤

Whether you are celebrating the end of work for 2026, getting together with for a long overdue girls night, or looking to spend time with the family, we’re here for you.

Three courses are €35 per person, and we’ve a selection of beers and wines to get your night started.

After dessert, you can make the short walk (use the crossing please! 😀) to Abhaile where the team will continue the festivities for you

Say hello 👋 to our monthly recap of September 🎞️ marking the start of Autumn 🍂

Some of the highlights 🌟 include (but are in no way limited to!) getting our Run Club with Embassy - Carrickmacross’s No.1 Personal Training up and off the ground in Carrickmacross, which is every Sunday 🗓️

And we are honoured to celebrate our One Year Anniversary in Carrickmacross as well 🎉 can’t wait till we can celebrate the next milestone 🤩

A busy month for Carrick indeed! We’re looking forward to what October 🎃 has in store for us (and in our other cafés…)
