A Plaque in memory of Irish Cycling legend Gabriel 'Gaybo' Howard will be unveiled in Stamullen, Co. Meath, at 2:30pm on Saturday, October 21st.

The Howard family invite all Cycling Ireland members and the wider community to attend.
