Ice cream has a minimum of 10% fat, whereas Gelato is made with a greater proportion of milk, so with 3 to 6% fat (dependin

g on flavor). Gelato is churned at a slower speed than ice cream, with less air as a result (25% as opposite to 100% of ice cream). When eating Gelato, you feel the true taste of ingredients, without artificial flavourings. Gelato at mario's is one third the amount of kilo calories than of typical ice cream.

The big day is upon us folks! We have been perfecting the gelato all week and we are confident it is going to blow your mind! Opening tommorrow from 10am. The first 20 customers will receive a free sample of their choice. We are so delighted to be opening limericks only ice-cream dedicated shop and we greatly appreciate the fantastic support thus far!! :)
