As so many of you will miss your familiar surroundings, the team at Protea Cafe are trying their best to make your experience as enjoyable as possible during these strange times.

We are looking forward to safely continue to have Castleconnell flowing with Coffee once again. There are a few changes but still some of your favourites.

Hey fellow bakers
Some bad news I'm afraid, our WiFi is just not cooperating with us today so our Live video baking profiteroles will have to be postponed until later today. Instead of doing a live video we will record our baking session and post to our page later in the day.
We are so sorry for anyone who was planning to join us, we will do another session once our WiFi has returned to normal.

Profiteroles 🍮🍰

The ingredients you will need are:

100g butter
150g flour
4 tablespoons of caster sugar
4 eggs
600ml double cream
A few drops of vanilla extract

Also
50g cocoa powder
175g caster sugar
