Something we’ve been quietly working on… 👀

For the past two days, my kitchen has looked a little different.

Cakes were finished.

Teas were brewed.

Boxes were opened.

Lights were moved.

Plates were rearranged… and rearranged again. 📸

All to capture the little details that will eventually become part of ChaTea Desserts & Tea Bar.

What you're seeing here isn't the finished story — just a glimpse behind the scenes.

Because for me, ChaTea was never going to be simply about putting a cake in a box or pouring tea into a cup.

It's about the details.

The layers.

The flavours.

The presentation.

The packaging.

And that little moment when tea and dessert meet.

Two very busy days later, the photography session is complete.

And seeing everything I've been working on finally come together in front of the camera felt rather special.

A New Chapter Begins

What began in 2012 as a personal journey into cake making has grown, evolved and brought me here.

Over the years, this page has followed my creations, experiments, celebrations and the wonderful people who trusted me to create cakes for their special moments.

Today, I am delighted to share the next chapter of that journey.

As the old chapter ends, a new page will open for a new beginning—a new beginning of adventure and learning. As the students embark on these new learnings and adventures, we will never forget our dear teachers who were part of the lives they nurtured to grow. Thank you, dear teachers!
