Words have been carefully chosen and taken out of a full context and posted in Facebook, I rather preferred full detail...
I have taken over Oscars in late October 2023 and I have taken every measure I could to make sure we are meeting the expectations of our customers whereas at the same time follow the guidelines set out by Food Safety Authority.
Last month the health inspectors visited our shop, recommended few fixes/improvements, all were completed and the shop was reopened in few days, not by us but by the same inspectors (last month)...
Since I have recently taken over and efforts have been made to meet all the requirements , but I still kindly request and welcome any inspection by any of you at anytime and I would love to hear from you....
Not sure what else I can say, if there are some people knowingly attempt to damage our reputation, I really can't say much , but if there are people who follow what the social media posts suggest, then I request them to call into the shop or call the number and raise your concerns, staff and management have been instructed to assist.
