A little appreciation post for these two. ❤️

We all had a laugh yesterday about the till, but behind the jokes is a story I’m grateful for.

Seventeen years ago, I walked through your doors with no Leaving Cert, no qualifications just a willingness to work hard. You saw something in me, gave me a chance, believed in me and trusted me.

Over the years, you didn’t just become my employers. You became people I could rely on. You always reminded me that family comes first, whether it was telling me to stay home with my children when they were sick or trusting me with responsibilities I never imagined I’d have.

This is only one staff member’s story. There are many more, some who’ve been here even longer than me. I think that says everything about the business you’ve built. It’s more than a workplace it’s a family

Thank you for seeing something in me before I could see it in myself. The life I’ve built started with the chance you gave me, and that’s something I’ll never forget. ❤️
