This was our 5th year celebrating in Wickham Way and it was great to bring together local vendors and music artists from around Limerick city. .benadj

Wickham Way is a place where different cultures, local businesses and communities can come together, share a table and celebrate with each other.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for yesterday’s food demonstration as part of the Linger Food Festival.

Chef Julius took you through our birria tacos, from the slow-cooked beef to the rich consommé, using a blend of dried Mexican chillies, toasted spices and aromatics to build that deep, smoky flavour.

We hope you picked up a few tips along the way and enjoyed seeing how we make one of our signature dishes.
