As much where possible we source our produce from the local hinterland! Our salad and fresh herbs come from Celtic Salads in Bell Harbour, our beef from Bernard Roughan in Ennistimon , sausages from Loughnanes in Galway and we serve beautiful Tipperary cheese, so you can enjoy the best of local ingredients served by friendly and helpful staff. We only use carrageane sea vegetables as thickeners, w

hich are rich in the good stuff O we get that from that wild Irish sea veg down in Quilty. All of our soups and stews are made lovingly gluten and dairy free or you can choose from a wide variety of sandwiches on gluten free bread. So many hearty treats available!
