Ian is the chef and Kath until now has eaten the desserts but has just joined Ian to work on the business side. Established in January 2012, Greedy Pig produces four luxury high quality desserts for retail, restaurants and cafes. They are sold as either individuals or duos with the exception of the larger Sticky Toffee or Christmas Puddings. Our Christmas Pudding came second in an Irish Examiner Christmas Pudding review. We sell our desserts at Douglas and Mahon Point Farmer's Markets each week.
