Full-Time Waitress / Front of House Staff

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated full-time waitress to join our team at The Old Thatch.

This role is strictly full-time and is best suited to individuals seeking consistent, long-term hours. Due to the nature of the position, it is not suitable for students.

About the Role:

- Providing excellent customer service in a lively restaurant and bar environment

- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a great experience

- Working as part of a supportive and energetic team

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in front-of-house areas

What We’re Looking For:

-A positive attitude and strong work ethic

-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting

-Good communication and teamwork skills

-Previous experience is an advantage but not essential — full training will be provided on the job

Kitchen Closed:

After a busy festive period, our kitchen will be closed Friday 9th of January so our amazing team can rest and unwind. Although we won’t be serving food we will have the bar open @ 5pm.

A huge thank you to our incredible staff for their hard work and dedication, especially throughout the Christmas rush — we couldn’t do it without you 🤍

And to our wonderful customers, thank you for your continued support throughout the year. It truly means the world to us we look forward to seeing you all throughout another busy year here at The Old Thatch.
