Join our Concierge Team for stories of Killarney in The Library, discover Irish wh***ey through Sips & Stories, begin the day with morning meditation, or taste a selection of Irish cheeses accompanied by a glass of w**e.

The weekend brings Water Aerobics in the Wellness Area, followed by a slower Sunday afternoon over tea and cake in The Library.

Our talented pastry team have been putting their creativity and expertise into a wonderful new collection of seasonal desserts, now available in The Garden Bar.

From a comforting Bread & Butter Pudding made with homemade panettone and croissants, served with spiced plum compote and vanilla ice cream, to a rich Milk Chocolate & Wh***ey Cake accompanied by coffee custard and Baileys ice cream, each creation reflects the skill and attention to detail of our pastry team.

The new menu also brings together delicate combinations of clementine, hazelnut and blackberry, a Conference Pear & Pecan Pie with cinnamon ice cream, and a Banana & Dulcey Chocolate Delice with notes of mango and passion fruit.

Our new seasonal dessert menu is now available in The Garden Bar & Terrace. Open from 12:30pm daily.
