New week, new sambos. A fresh line-up has landed at the counter, with a couple of familiar favourites sticking around.

This week’s line-up:

🥪 Parmesan Roast Aubergine Focaccia (V)
Parmesan roasted aubergine with creamy mozzarella, rich romesco sauce and peppery rocket. Cheesy, saucy and anything but an afterthought.

🥪 Roast Chicken Focaccia
Tender roast chicken with basil & burnt spring onion mayo, sharp pickled red onion, rich sun-dried tomatoes and mixed leaves. Fresh, punchy and packed with the good stuff.

🥪 Our Resident Ham & Cheese Focaccia
Generous layers of ham and cheese, wholegrain mustard mayo and mixed leaves, all tucked into crisp, airy focaccia. A classic for good reason.

🥪 Our Resident Smoked Turkey Club on Brioche
Soft, buttery brioche stacked with smoked turkey, crispy bacon, ripe tomato, crisp lettuce and creamy mayo. The classic club, dressed a little better.

This week’s line-up:

🥪 Roasted Curried Cauliflower Focaccia
Spiced roasted cauliflower, crispy chickpeas, creamy hummus, sharp pickled red onion and mixed leaves. Big on flavour, without making a fuss about it.

🥪 Roast Chicken Focaccia
Tender roast chicken with smoky chorizo mayo, creamy brie, crunchy coleslaw and mixed leaves. A little smoky, a little creamy and very hard to put down.

🥪 Our Resident Ham & Cheese Focaccia

Layers of pastrami, tangy sauerkraut, house pickles, Killeen Farmhouse Cheddar and creamy Dijonaisse, all packed into crisp, airy focaccia. Salty, tangy, cheesy and seriously satisfying.

🥪 Killarney Urban Farm Falafel Focaccia (V)
Herby falafel with creamy hummus, sharp pickled red onion, crisp iceberg and Killarney Urban Farm pesto mayo. Fresh, punchy and bringing plenty of green to your lunch break.

🥪 Our Resident Honey Baked Ham & Mature Cheddar Cheese Focaccia
