A true taste of Bealtaine, where flavour, seasonality, and a little bit of magic come together.

To mark the May bank holiday, we’re celebrating with a dish that captures the essence of the season.

Think, Toonsbridge Dairy ricotta cheese gnudis, gently fried in fragrant wild garlic oil, resting on a bed of wild garlic and Killarney Urban Farm pea shoots pesto, finished with a touch of lemon crumb and a generous shaving of Parmesan, et voilà.

An evening we’ll remember for a long time. 🖤

We had the pleasure of hosting something truly special at The Tan Yard on Saturday night, teaming up with to create a 10-course tasting menu inspired by the West Coast of Ireland.

‘A Taste of the West’ saw both teams working closely together in the kitchen to deliver a menu shaped by shared values around seasonality, technique and Irish produce, alongside carefully considered wine pairings.

A huge thank you to chef-patron and Jr. sous chef for joining us, it was a pleasure to share the pass with you both.

An evening we’ll remember for a long time. 🖤

We had the pleasure of hosting something truly special at The Tan Yard on Saturday night, teaming up with Aniar Restaurant to create a 10-course tasting menu inspired by the West Coast of Ireland.

‘A Taste of the West’ saw both teams working closely together in the kitchen to deliver a menu shaped by shared values around seasonality, technique and Irish produce, alongside carefully considered wine pairings.
