Marybeth Hourigan has a sweet tooth, sticky fingers and a passion for all things baked. She will record her attempts, failures and successes as she tackles recipes both old and new. Cake is defined as : an item of soft sweet food made from a mixture of flour, fat, eggs, sugar, and other ingredients, baked and sometimes iced or decorated. A genuine love of creating something from nothing by gently and generously combing various sweet (and sometimes savoury) ingredients in her kitchen, her favourite room in her house.
