Dear Guests & Suppliers,

The Heights Hotel is Residents Only until Thursday the 19th of March to facilitate a group of firefighters in training.
During this time we will still be operating our Call & Collect Menu to non-residents 12pm-7pm Wednesday-Thursday. Friday 12-1pm. Call us on 064 6631158.
As of Friday the 20th we will be closed until Monday the 30th of March. We have taken this decision to ensure the safety of all Parties concerned. Reservations will be manned from 9-6pm daily.

We look forward to welcoming you back on Monday the 30th of March.

The Heights Hotel will continue to operate as a food only venue for non-residents from 12-9pm each day until further notice
We have introduced all recommended procedures to ensure the Health & Safety of our Guest, Staff and Suppliers:
• Limiting the number of guests in public areas.
• Sanitiser at all entry points to the building, all restrooms and at further strategic points throughout the premises.
• A full procedure for sanitising all guest bedrooms, public areas and touch points such as door handles, touch points and counter tops which includes disinfectant spray on these touch points every thirty minutes.
• Our staff are following even stricter guidelines than necessary with regard to wearing gloves and sanitising their hands.
• We would also encourage our guests to use tap card payments as much as possible.
We are observing all recommendations from the HSE, IHF and other regulatory bodies. We have made the appropriate adjustments to ensure that we deliver the same high level of service to our valued guests.
