26 years ago plans were underway to open our first premises which was our first Mocha in Dublin. Fast forward a quarter of a century and Mocha’s Vintage Tea Rooms has resided on Gas House Lane for the past 13 years. End of an era and the start of a new one. It’s been an amazing adventure and it’s time for a change. We look forward to seeing you soon. We will be open this week 11am to 3pm daily.

We want to thank our wonderful customers and staff over the years… for the memories & the chats & the laughter & even the tears, you’re all part of our story over the decades.
