Umami Seafood Udon — chewy Japanese udon noodles wok-fried with prawns, squid, clams and crab claws, paired with crisp pak choy and peppers in a rich Thai basil soy glaze, finished with fresh spring onions for the perfect balance of flavour and texture.

What a Friday! ✨

An AROI Friday with a little difference this week as we popped into KCLR for some great chats, plenty of laughs and lots of excitement about everything coming up this summer at AROI.

We loved talking all things food, cocktails, summer vibes and the fantastic festivals happening across Kilkenny over the coming months.
