For the third instalment of our Tasting Table evening, Head Sommelier Maria Pelonero will guide guests through the wine region of Lazio, exploring a selection of wines that reflect the depth and character of central Italy.

Maria’s selection will be accompanied by a three course regional menu, specially prepared for the evening.

We are delighted to announce “Tasting Table” hosted by our Head Sommelier, Maria Pelonero.

For some time, Maria has wanted to create an opportunity for guests to explore new Italian wine varieties and regions from our wine cellar of over 12,000 bottles — what makes each one so distinct, and how they can be quietly elevated through food.

Each month, we will host a small, relaxed evening devoted to a different Italian wine region. Maria will guide you through a selection of wines from each area, all paired with a regional dish.

We would love for you to join us for the first of many, beginning Thursday, April 30th where we will begin with the central region of Tuscany.

Our April "Tasting Table" is now booked out - detail on upcoming events coming soon.

Our handcrafted Rinuccini Panettone is created in collaboration with Pasticceria Calciano, a family bakery with 40 years of tradition in Tricarico, Southern Italy.

Each Panettone is crafted by hand through three meticulous stages and a slow fermentation of nearly twenty hours, creating remarkable softness and depth of flavour.

Once baked, it is gently suspended upside down for a further twelve hours to preserve its light, airy structure — a refined indulgence to enjoy or gift this festive season.
