From the moment we arrived in Pembroke to the moment we left, we have never experienced such excellent customer experience. Each member of staff was so genuinely helpful and we were made to feel so welcome. The location of the Pembroke is excellent, we walked the whole weekend. Our dinner was included as part of the package and I have to say it was out of this world. The food was superb, we are going back. It was so good.”

This August, Stathams Supper Club welcomes Kilkenny-based artist, illustrator and author Roger O’Reilly as our special guest for an evening celebrating art, storytelling and Irish landscapes.

Roger will share the inspiration behind his award-winning work, from the bestselling Lighthouses of Ireland to his latest paintings. Enjoy hearing about his creative process and view a selection of his work as part of the evening.

Paired with a seasonal multi-course menu from the kitchen, this promises to be a relaxed and memorable supper where exceptional food meets exceptional Irish art.
