This month's feature is the legendary Mai Tai – a tiki classic that has stood the test of time.

Crafted with Killowen Irish Rum, Teeling Small Batch, Giffard Orange Curaçao, Falernum, fresh lime and almond, it's the perfect balance of citrus, spice and sweetness.

First created by Victor J. "Trader Vic" Bergeron in 1944, the Mai Tai earned its name when a friend from Tahiti took a sip and exclaimed, "Maita'i Roe A'e!" – meaning "The best!"
