We like to say that we’ve home made it for you like you might do yourself – if you had the time! We source locally produced seasonal ingredients and all our products are created using no additives, preservatives or artificial colours. For our Just Delicious sauces - There’s no added salt and no added sugar, we use carrot puree to add sweetness. We’ve also "blitzed" all the onion which makes for a great texture and as an added bonus – the Juniors can’t complain about the onions!

It was wonderful to see so many people out enjoying great local food, live entertainment and everything this brilliant event had to offer.

Who says pizza night can’t feel a little more special? ✨

Long summer evenings call for simple food, good company and a chance to slow down. Once the kids are tucked up after a busy day at summer camp, there’s nothing better than gathering around the fire pit with a glass of wine and a pizza that feels effortlessly indulgent. No complicated cooking, just quality ingredients that turn an ordinary evening into something worth lingering over.

This Goat’s Cheese, Fig & Prosciutto pizza is the perfect combination of sweet, salty and creamy, made with Janet’s Just Delicious Classic Pizza Sauce and stone baked pizza bases.

Simply spoon and spread your sauce, leaving roughly an inch around the edge of your pizza base, then add your halved figs, crumbled goat’s cheese and pieces of prosciutto around your pizza. Bake for 8–10 minutes at 220°C. Once out of the oven, garnish with some rocket and enjoy!

Made with simple, fresh ingredients and Janet’s Classic Roast Tomato Sauce, it’s packed with flavour, easy to prepare ahead of time, and ideal for BBQs, garden parties or al fresco lunches.

✨ Ingredients:
400g pasta, 5 tbsp Janet’s Classic Roast Tomato Sauce, 200g mozzarella, 200g cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, toasted pine nuts & parmesan shavings with some black pepper to taste
