The award-winning Pilot Bar Gastro Pub is looking for a motivated, efficient Chef to join our busy kitchen team!
🍳🔥If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in serving high-quality food, we want to hear from you.
📍 The Role & Schedule:
3–4 days per week, 8–10 hour shifts. Availability: Weekdays and weekends required.
Food service 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM plus mise en place & cleandown.
💪 Key Responsibilities:
Running the starter and salad section during busy service
Assisting the chef on duty with daily food prep, cooking, and plating.
Covering the pans and the pass for days off and holidays.
Managing stock rotation, ordering, and planning ahead.
Maintaining strict HACCP and food safety standards
🎯 What We Look For:
Preferred 2+ years of kitchen experience.
A very fast work rate to match our busy little kitchen.
Excellent organizational skills and high personal hygiene standards.
Valid professional references required 📋
