This Thursday, we are delighted to host a screening of Industry By The River: A History of Kilmainham Mill - a short film by Oliver Deane and narrated by historian Donal Fallon who will also be joining us on the night to give a brief introduction on the film at 8pm

Industry by the River tells the story of the Mill from its early days through to its recent stabilisation. Featuring memories from former workers, local families, historians, preservation campaigners, and the architects and engineers who worked on the Mill, the documentary brings together personal stories, archive material and footage from the site today.

Together, these voices offer a glimpse into the Mill’s industrial past, its architectural character and its place in the local community.
