That’s the last of the Wexford Strawberry Tart and my summer baking. I’m taking next week off from Gorey Farmers Market and Herbert Park Farmers Market to take a much needed family holiday. Myself and the kids will be back Saturday 5th Sept. Thanks for everyone who stopped by the stall and made private orders, it’s much appreciated.
