Rain, hail or shine our Head Chef Naleem gets to the Gorey Farmers market every Saturday. The market offers fresh, seasonal produce (some that can be difficult to find in supermarkets or even specialty stores) The vibrant colours, fragrant smells, and unique textures of the fruits and vegetables can spark creativity and inspiration for his new recipes. Additionally, the opportunity to speak directly with farmers and producers can provide valuable insight into the sourcing and production of the ingredients.

Look what Naleem has put on special this Bank Holiday Weekend - His Sri Lankan Jaffna Lamb Curry, this dish is based on Sri Lankan-born Naleem's own family recipes (a slow long cooked one) - it is a beautifully presented dish and will be a notably great choice from our menu this bank holiday.

Tables for the weekend are flying so please book if possible to avoid disappointment
