If you’ve ever thought food and coffee trucks “clean up” at festivals, I get it — from the outside it can look that way. But the reality behind the scenes is very different.
Between pitch fees, weather, and unexpected hiccups, every single event is a gamble — and this weekend definitely tested us.

Meet Faolán Francis O’Shea, our little man, who made an early arrival on 6th January.
We’re absolutely over the moon!
