Position: We are recruiting for multiple Full Time positions across our business from Baristas to Supervisors. *FULL TIME POSITIONS ONLY*

At Wellbean Coffee we are on the lookout for a skilled barista to join our dynamic team. If you have a genuine love for coffee, and thrive in an energetic environment, then this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and serve an array of delicious coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
✅ Create visually stunning latte art
✅ Engage with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and taking pride in anticipating their unique preferences.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
✅ Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive work environment.

Hours : Full Time Positions available
Qualifications:
✔️ Previous experience working as a barista.
✔️ Passion for coffee, fueled by a desire to continuously expand your knowledge and skills.
✔️ Manager with experience in operational management

We are seeking baristas and managers who have a passion for coffee , customer service and want to work in a fast paced fun environment!

Our weekly long run is on tomorrow (Sunday), meeting at WellBean at 8:00 am. 😊

All levels are very welcome, so whether you’re building up distance or taking it nice and steady, come along and join us. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’ll have coffee Wellbean Coffee and chats afterwards, so plan to hang around for a bit of a social catch‑up too. ☕🗣️

From a cold, dark start to a lovely morning – our Sunday long run with Glanmire A.C at Wellbean Coffee carpark was perfect! Brilliant turnout and everyone smashing the miles at their own pace. 🏃‍♂️🌤️☕️

Thanks to everyone who supported Sarsfields Glanmire last year and a special thanks to those who have already purchased their 2026 Rebels' Bounty tickets.

The prize fund is €500,000 with thirty prizes to be won every month. The January/February/March draws will be held on :

Our quota is €12,500 which means that once Sars/Glanmire sell 125 tickets, the proceeds from all subsequent sales will be shared between both our Clubs!

Ready for our Sunday long run? 🏃‍♂️💨

Glanmire AC is meeting tomorrow morning, January 18th, for our weekly long run session.

We’ll be gathering in the car park by at 8:00 AM.

Whether you’re training for a specific goal or just looking for some company on your miles, all levels are welcome to join.

The group is inclusive, and everyone is encouraged to run at their own comfortable pace.
