Final day for me and Our Happy Place in 37 West today ......

I am so proud of what 37 Lower Newcastle Road has become over the years, mainly proud of how it made people feel and the connections I’ve made.

We have had some fantastic crew members work with us.
Some serious girl power going on with exceptional leaders Roxy, Suzy and the very popular and loved Shiobhan for the past few years.

The kitchen crew have made delicious food over the years led by some serious talents Gabriel, Marek , Arek and most recently my fire cracker Head Chef Nicola and her side kick Akos a team built out of respect and friendship.

Darragh has for sure made the most chicken melts in town! He also told the most loved and random stories which have made many people so happy including me.

I’ve met some fantastic people over the years who have served you all.... and I am grateful to you all, especially the current team who have worked so hard.

Despite trying to fire Michael Galway's Top Milliner he has always been my right hand and was there today to help pack my car - thanks Michael for always being there.

Big thank you to all my friends and family who have helped over the years .... it takes a lot of support to set up a business and to keep a business going , it is tough work - so thank you so much for always having my back - know who you are.

Thanks to everyone who believed in us at the beginning .... when we were smashing avocados, juicing and creating salads and melts….
Big love to everyone who has helped make 37 West such a super place from suppliers, accountants, neighbours and customers…. customers who are now friends for life.

Over the years 37 West has played its part in trying to leave the world a better place then when we first found it and I want to thank you all for your donations to the various charities we have worked with, I firmly believe every business should have a built in policy for giving back.

It’s been an epic journey which I’ve loved sharing with you all but now it must come to an end my gut told me it was time.
Exciting times ahead for 37 West and the new owners in the weeks to come, Ive no doubt the magic will continue…. and I wish them all the success

I will see you all in 56 Central for the chats and the melts!!!
