When one brother lost his job and the other just about to finish University, The Dough Bros started their pizza revoluti

on with an Italian wood fired oven in a street food truck back in the summer of 2013. Things went far better than expected, and they managed to stay their for almost 2 years, winning numerous awards along the way. When their short term lease ran out there, it was time to move to a bigger better location on Middle Street, which is now the bros permanent home. As the McKenna guide said themselves " A Pizza Restaurant has never been so much fun, The Bros have created a new paradigm of how to set up a restaurant".

COME WITH US AS WE MADE 1700 PIZZA KITS IN A DAY 🔥

After a really good start to the year, we have had a bit of a nightmare the past 3 months, with our home kits. For some reason META has banned our ads, as their ai support team has some tagged us a Pharma company . 😂😂 I s**t you not. Funny but actually not funny at all really. Sales have been down 60% the past 12 weeks then in came a miracle order from a company in Limerick that has saved our summer.

We can’t thank them enough. Special shout out to Paul, Ailise and all of our crew who made every pizza base by hand and packed up each and every pizza kit perfectly. Eddie Murray, a life saver again. Special mention also to played a blinder too. Of the 1700 pizza kits all but one was delivered on time across the 32 counties of ireland (and that was because the person gave a wrong eircode). Some going.

Hopefully META sort this out and you see some of our ‘at home’ content again soon on insta and Faceboooook 🙏 In the meantime time we have added some unreal kit specials that are on our website. Our kits make a lovely change from the BBQ. Also if you work in a company and looking to treat your team we would bloody love to hear from you . Enjoy the heat wave everyone , tis glorious 💚🔥
