Dear friends and customers,
We have decided to close up our siopa for a little while. After what has been the toughest year both in business and personal it is best for us to recalibrate and focus on family life and spend time working on the business rather than in the business.
We will still be on the market in the weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays.
We hope to see you there.
We'd like to thank everyone for giving our new shop such a great start.

Great new products added to our fermented section!! .craic wonderful creations are now available in limited amounts, we highly recomend you getting your hands on these before their gone.

Flavourtown!!! We also got a new batch of kefir and krauts in.
And of course our great local Kombucha heroes .

What a first week!
Thanks to all you wonderful folks for coming to support us in our new little siopa! We are buzzing with inspiration for the future. It's been a tough couple of months for us but we are delighted that perseverance works and honoured that all you guys came out to support us in our new little venture. We will continue to strive to bring you the best of plant based Lunches and brekkies made with passion and show Galway that plant based foods can be healthy and tasty and made with local ingredients.

It's small, it's tiny but it's our new home and we're delighted to welcome you for our soft landing tomorrow from 8-3ish to launch our new concept.
Our daytime plant based deli at 52 Newcastle road(formerly )
We've some classic items on the menu and some new and exciting healthy plant based dishes and tea and coffee to boost with many more new daily specials to follow in the coming weeks.
It's been a hectic few weeks to get it ready and we hope to see you there soon.

Dear valued customers and friends, we feel that this is the right time to share with you that we have decided to close our doors on Mary Street.
After much soul searching and deliberation we've come to the conclusion that it is time for us to end this chapter and start something new.
This was not an easy decision to make, like many small independent family businesses, we have faced unimaginable challenges over the past two and a half years. The current economic climate and supply issues are against us, and the ongoing extensive renovations of our premises are forcing us into a position where we can no longer provide the service and passion for plant based food that we care so deeply about.
We will cease trading on the 24th July.
You haven't seen the last of us! We will not stop creating plant based food in Galway, albeit in a different way to what you've become familiar with, but in a way that feels more true to our developing ethos.
We will be taking the month of August off to reconnect with our family and nature, and we look forward to announcing our new project in the very near future.
Falafel, not chicken, arancini and of course, our chips will still be available in the at the weekends.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of our loyal customers and staff current and past for making the place what it is.

The last few months have been particularly tough on our business! We lost our prep kitchen in town and we're not able to seat people due to the extensive renovations our building is undergoing. There has been a few pauses on the build that has complicated things even further. And that's not mentioning covid etc.
To be awarded 3 awards during this difficult time in our vegan family business is really mind blowing and humbling.
We will do all we can to continue thinking outside the box and provide the service and quality that you guys are used to from us.
Thanks to all the people from galway and further afield who have continuesly supported us over time. No one knows what the future holds but we will continue to do what we love and do best.
