BTS 📸 The world’s oldest dessert. Reimagined in our kitchen.

In this video you can see the making of our Ashura Crunch, inspired by the ancient story of Noah’s Ark and the traditional Turkish Asure. Built around wholesome grains, fruits, nuts, seeds, and puffed rice, we wanted to create something that honoured the original story while fitting into modern lifestyles.

Like all our products, it’s made in small batches in our kitchen using carefully selected ingredients and a lot of attention to detail.

New product launch 🚀

Introducing our Ashura Crunch, the oldest dessert in the world, originally known as Turkish Asure, inspired by the story of Noah’s arc!

We wanted to take that same idea and turn it into something modern and cater it to the Irish pallet, we chose to create our own dried version to serve as a topper for desserts, breakfast or just as a power trail mix to munch on.

What’s inside ? Light puffed rice, wholesome grains, dried fruits, premium nuts, seeds and warming spices 🫚

This product is high in protein, high in fibre, with no sweeteners or added sugars and is part of our growing online bakery and wellness range alongside our high protein granola, wholemeal cranberry & hazelnut crackers, and chocolate chip cookies. 🍪

Made from scratch in our kitchen under the direction of our head chef Nigel, with our two girls who both work in nutrition and food innovation executing the development together. 👩‍🍳👩‍🍳

Come make dressings with us ! BTS 🎥

Today we made our Balsamic and Honey Mustard dressings, start to finish, in our kitchen.

When we started, a lot of dressings on the shelves were full of preservatives and unnecessary additives. We wanted to do it differently. Keep it simple, use proper ingredients, and make the kind of flavours you would use at home.

Our balsamic, honey mustard, Caesar dressings cover any salad you can think of.

Now coming into summer, these are the ones you’ll need.

We’ll be showing a few different ways to use them over the next few weeks, stay tuned !
