Founded in 2014 by Chef Nigel Murray and Magaly Murray, Gran Grans Foods crafts gluten-free Irish artisan products using high quality ingredients and sustainable packaging. Gran Grans Foods is a family run business, based in Galway dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of Irish Craft Products. We are proud to use only natural ingredients, no preservatives, no artificial colouring and done is small batches. Our products are done in a kitchen rather in a factory following traditional recipes.

Our Vindaloo, Thai Satay and Sticky Korean Marinades were made to bring big, internationally inspired flavours into your cooking without having to make a marinade from scratch.

🌶️ Vindaloo – bold, warming and spicy. Particularly good with beef, lamb, pork and other meats.

🥜 Thai Satay – rich and nutty, and one of our favourites for grilled or BBQ chicken, skewers and pork.

🥢 Sticky Korean – sweet, savoury and sticky. Great with chicken wings, tofu, stir-fries, vegetables and pork.

Use them as marinades, sauces or dips depending on what you’re making. Simple to use, ready to go and an easy way to bring a completely different flavour to your meals.

Our Reduced Sugar Jam & Marmalade Range 🍯

Made for anyone who wants a lower sugar alternative without giving up a good jam.

We make all three from scratch in our kitchen, starting with real fruit and simple ingredients. Less sugar means lower calories, but the most important thing for us was keeping the flavour where it should be.

🍓 Raspberry & Lemon – gorgeous bright red, fresh and fruity.
🫐 Blueberry & Apple – rich blueberry with the natural sweetness of apple.
🍊 Orange, Lemon & Ginger Marmalade – citrusy with a little warmth from the ginger.

Three more modern takes on traditional jams, with unique flavour combinations, bright colours and premium packaging that makes them a great gift as well.

And with apple season coming in, there’s definitely a little bit of autumn in a jar in this range.

A great option for anyone who’s a bit more health conscious, we even have some customers who say they enjoy a spoonful of these on toast with peanut butter before a workout !🏋️

Three delicious marinades ready made for you.

Our Vindaloo, Thai Satay and Sticky Korean marinades are ready to go straight from the jar, making them an easy way to prep your meals for the week, add flavour to your proteins and vegetables, or get something marinating for the BBQ.

You can always add a little extra chilli, herbs, salt or whatever else you like, but that’s completely down to preference, the flavour is already there.

🥩 Vindaloo – particularly good with red meats and ideal when you want something with a strong kick.

🥜 Thai Satay – one for chicken, whether it’s grilled, barbecued or cooked at home during the week.

🥢 Sticky Korean – probably the most versatile of the three. Brilliant with chicken, tofu, vegetables and stir-fries, and especially good for sticky chicken wings.

Simple to use, plenty of ways to use them, and an easy way to get your meals marinating without having to make everything from scratch.

We call them our summer dressings because they’re perfect for fresh salads, but there’s plenty more you can do with all three:

Homestyle Caesar – creamy and savoury, great with salads, chicken, wraps and sandwiches.

Aged Balsamic – rich with a subtle sweetness, ideal for salads, roasted vegetables, cheese and meats.

Honey Mustard & Lemon – sweet, tangy and fresh, perfect with salads, grilled meats, fish or even as a marinade.

So whether you’re still making the most of salad season or moving back towards warmer meals, there are plenty of ways to keep these three in the kitchen all year round.
