In a few days, we will post some more pictures of our delicious waffles made according to our old family recipe. Come and try some yourself in the Bia Lover festival in Athenry this Saturday.

GALWAY WAFFLES
Our sweet and crispy butter waffles are baked to a perfect golden brown colour according to an old family recipe. Made in a professional, hand operated, heavy metal waffle maker like in the old days, these crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, hot and delicious waffles are what you are looking for in a rainy day. Pearl sugar is mixed in the dough to create an ever tastier waffle to enjoy. While being baked, the pearl sugar melts to cover the outside with a crispy sugary layer while the inside stays soft. All ingredients are all made in local Irish farms naturally.
