Chef & Barista is a Mobile Coffee Shop and Pastry Bar operated by Dan & Kasha.

Dan is a qualified Pastry Chef and Kasha completed her Barista Training with Costa Coffee UK.

The idea for the business came from being fed up with the quality and price of coffee you find on the commuter routes into Galway. As we both follow a gluten free diet we also specialise in tasty gluten free pastries and crepes.
