Exciting New Classes Announced for 2023.

We are delighted to announce four new day workshops to our Boutique Cookery School. Our new day workshops include: An introduction to Cooking Meat, Vegetarian and Vegan Cooking, French Cooking at Home and our new Cooking for Christmas class.

Classes are led by chef patron JP McMahon. JP has 12 years of teaching experience for both adult and presenting children's workshops that promote food provenance and better eating. A wonderful element of the classes (6-week and one day) is that when all the cooking has been done, the students sit down with JP to enjoy what's been prepared and have a chat over a glass of wine.
