Noel. As you said yourself, it will take 4 people to replace you. One of those people will have a heart the size of Galway and the other 3 will be kind, funny, efficient, obliging, patient, generous and loyal. You are the goat🐐 and Gourmet tart won't be the same without you. We loved having you as part of our team since 2017. Galways loss is Edinburgh's gain. We wish you every happiness. Michelle, Fintan, Bridget, John, Mary, Sylvester and all the team.
