July 1st - VAT Reduction ✅

As most of you are aware, the lower rate of VAT reduces from 13.5% to 9% for the hospitality industry - this is the tax rate applied to all food sales
(Wine not included!☹️)

So from July 1st, this reduction will be passed on to you, our valued customer. We think it is important this reduction is passed on. You’ll see the discount on your bill going forward 🧾

We thank you for your continued support over the last 7 years, the trust you have in our produce and we look forward to welcoming you to Trieste for the years ahead 😊

A season of wine, cheese and good company 🍷

From Old World vs New World to Bubbly Night at De Burgos, every tasting brought something different — new wines, new discoveries and plenty of laughs along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us over the past few months.

Public wine tastings will return in October, but if you’d like to organise a private tasting for a group, we’d love to help.

Until then... we’ll keep pouring. 🍷
