The lovely people over sent us a bottle of Jalapeño Honey Sauce to try out, and it didn't take long to formulate a plan!

​Deep fried Semola battered Halloumi, smoothered in Jalapeño Honey Sauce, on a rocket bed, and topped with pickled red onion. And it wouldn't be us if we didn't drizzle it all in our creamy homemade Buttermilk Ranch.

​Salty cheese meets a sweet & spicy sauce and a cool refreshing ranch drizzle, wrapped in fresh, out of the oven, woodfired bread. Where else ya getting that this weekend? 🤔

​Thanks to Chimac for sending on (they're also behind the great flavour of the Korean BBQ sauce we use our wings and the long-established K-Town Pork pizza. 👏👏👏

"Pizza you wont regret" 🍕🍕💯
When we set out to bring pizza to the wider world, (that being 2km outside our house), we had one main objective..... To bring a pizza that didn't make you feel ill, stuffed, bloated, or guilty after eating one. After countless feedback, we believe we have succeeded in that. 😄🙏😊

​All great pizza has 3 main components.
1. ​The dough ✅
2. ​The best tomatoes ✅
3. ​The best cheese, so fresh that it's barely left the cow. ✅

​When you eat our pizza, you are experiencing something different. We're not wholly unique, we'd never be that arrogant, there's others doing great pizza, but ours is unique to us. It's our pizza made our way. No rules, no boundaries, just an effort to bring you the best we can.

​We're thankful for over 3 years of continued support and very much appreciate every single customer on every single day. 🙏😊🍕

It's Monday and we're just off the back of a big BH weekend but there's no time for rest! Dough machine is mixing and we're balling for Thursday. 💪💪

Something special today. Slow Cooked Birria Beef in either a folded woodfired sandwich (12-4pm) or a pizza (4pm to 9pm). Limited amounts.

Also any 9in pizza (12-4pm) only €10 and a kids 9in Margherita only €9.

January is tough and long, but each weekend, you make it worth it! We've said it before, but every time we put up the shutter, we're blown away by people turning up and plenty of new faces. 😁☺️🍕🍕
