Unfortunately The pie Maker couldn't keep up with the rent of its premises through these times and is gone from this spot. Until a new premises avails the realm of pies are regrettably frozen in covid time. Apologies to the pie lovers of Galway and beyond. We will eat pie again, don't know where, don't know when, but i know we'll eat pie again some sunny day...
