Our senior footballers get their Carlow Senior Football Championship campaign underway tomorrow evening against Old Leighlin.

A big evening ahead for the lads, and it would be great to see plenty of Fenagh support in Netwatch Cullen Park ⚫️⚪️

Well I am happy to say that out very first Bottomless Prosecco brunch last Saturday was a great success.
I would like to sincerely thank everyone who joined us on the day, to those who bought tickets to support such a worthy cause but couldn’t make it, to everyone made donations. Tucked under the Slievereagh mountains in north Wexford, Pat and Mary O’Neill have spent more than 20 years building one of the country’s most recognisable bacon brands.

The distinctive green-and-white chequered packaging of O’Neill’s Dry Cure Bacon Co is now stocked nationwide in Dunnes Stores, SuperValu and Tesco.

Pat, a father of four, always knew he wanted to run his own business but was never quite sure what exactly that business would look like.

In 2005 that changed when he began producing dry-cured rashers and selling them at Enniscorthy Farmers Market on Saturdays, while still working full-time in Kilkenny as a quality manager in a meat factory.

“You’d label the product on a Friday after work, and you come down there and sell it on Saturday.
