The Baked Potato Located next to the NCT Centre on the Old Dublin Road, Enniscorthy, open 8.00am to 6.00pm Mon-Sat. Breakfast 8 to 12, hot food till 6 lunch specials 12 to 3.

All dietary requirements catered for. Free parking. Wheelchair and buggy accessible. At The Baked Potato we serve hot food from 8am to 6pm. We serve a full breakfast menu until 12 but our full menu is available from 8 till 6. We offer a selection of light snacks and salads as well as full dinners. A selection of daily lunch specials served from 12 to 3 each day. We accept reservations and phone in

advance orders which many local businesses like to avail of. We cater for coeliacs, vegetarians and other dietary requirements. Our premises is wheelchair and child friendly. We offer free ample parking.. Event catering available (order and collect)

Over the last few months we have been doing a lot of thinking about the fast pace of life we have been living for the last sixteen years in business.
When we first started out in business we had no kids and our business was our life as we thought.
In 2015 we moved The Baked Potato from Rafter Street Enniscorthy to the Old Dublin Road where we have enjoyed five very successful years.
Sixteen years later and a young family it is with a very heavy heart we have made the decision not to reopen our doors.
We sincerely would like to thank all our wonderful staff our loyal customers and suppliers who have always supported us.
