As many of you know, we unfortunately lost Pat last week. The man who built the Ballycarney Inn into what it is today.
A huge shock for us, the Family, staff and for the whole community.
Our family has been deeply moved by the support shown to us throughout the days leading up to and following his funeral. For all the kind words, messages, phonecalls and visits, the food made for us, the little details taken care of so we had time for the bigger things and all the other bits in between.
Thank you to absolutely everyone who played a part, big or small. We are forever grateful.

We will reopen today, Wednesday the 19th of November.
We ask that you are patient with staff and the family as we try to navigate this incredibly difficult time.

Rest easy, Pat. Thank you for everything. You were one of a kind and will never be forgotten. Love you always 🤍

We are heartbroken to share the loss of one of our most beloved locals, Sean Kelly.
It’s hard to find the words to say goodbye to someone who has been such a big part of our lives and this pub for so long.

We share our deepest sympathies to his wife Kitty, daughters Elizabeth and Marie, his son Thomas, his grandchildren, and to all his wider family and friends. Our thoughts are with you all during this difficult time.

Thank you Seanie, for all the years of friendship, loyalty and laughs.
Your presence, stories, and good humour will be deeply missed by everyone here. We'll cherish the memories we've made forever.

We hope you get the best bed and the coldest pint.

We would just like to wish all of our customers near and far a Happy, healthy Christmas and a huge thank you for all your custom this year.

Christmas eve we will be open for breakfast from 8am and food will finish an hour earlier than usual at 7pm.

Breakfast will finish 24th Dec and will resume from the 6th of January 8am.

Closed 25th, 26th and 27th.
Open from Wednesday the 28th 12pm.
