Each week, we'll be baking a seasonal cake inspired by the ingredients and flavours we’re enjoying at that time of year.

This week, it’s Damson & Almond Cake, brown butter almond sponge with local damson. A little taste of the season.

Our Reuben Toastie is made with Sauerkraut that we’ve fermented ourselves, while our Crispy Fried Brie comes with a Damson Relish made from locally grown damsons.
