2 years ago today I opened this place thinking I had a plan…

Turns out, I mostly had coffee, stress, and a lot of guessing what I’m doing 😅

There were days I thought “this is class”…
and days I thought “this is a terrible idea, what have I done”

But somehow… we’re still here.

Built this place one coffee at a time, one mistake at a time, and a lot of early mornings that didn’t feel very inspirational at the time.

To everyone who stopped by, came back, told a friend, or just had a chat — you’ve no idea how much that actually matters.

This place isn’t perfect…
but it’s real.

And I’m still learning (clearly 😄)

Due to popular demand (and a serious national coffee addiction), The Messy 3 Coffee Trailer will be rolling back in Edenderry Town Square tomorrow, on our usual spot outside Town Hall, for St. Patrick’s Day! 🇮🇪

If the parade is great — we’ll celebrate with coffee.
If the weather is terrible — we’ll survive it with coffee.
If you celebrated a bit too well the night before — we definitely have the coffee for that. 😄
