We are all deeply saddened at the passing of our dear chef Tony Booth. We would like to invite all his friends and work colleagues past and present to a mass in remembrance of his life next Tuesday, 19th of October in St. Patrick's church in Dunshaughlin at 6pm. May he Rest in Peace.

Following the government's announcement of the resumption of indoor dining we are delighted to confirm that we will be reopening this Wednesday (July 28th). ☺️

Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 9:30pm
Sunday: 12 noon - 9:00pm

Please book to avoid disappointment. We will be taking bookings up to 7 days in advance of your preferred booking time.

We are delighted to confirm that following the governments announcement with regard to indoor dining An Sibin will reopen this coming Friday (December 4th). Food will be served from:
Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 9:30 pm
Sunday 12 noon - 9:00 pm

Please book to avoid disappointment as we will be taking bookings over the phone from tomorrow on 01 825 0556 with lines open from 12 noon - 8:00 pm daily. Please note that bookings can only be made for up to 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

We are currently closed for business while we await further government guidelines with regard to COVID-19. We would like to thank all our customers who supported us for the past 14 weeks and also thank all our staff for working hard to keep us in a safe environment.

reopen on MONDAY, 29th of JUNE! So from Next Monday it’s all systems go!
