The wonderful legend that was Mary McAuliffe was laid to rest today. I have been lucky enough to know Mary since the day I was born. Her 106.5 years on this earth made the world a better place and may she now rest peacefully in heaven

During the design of our 2026 calendar back in March, myself and Frida met Siobhán in Ballyconnell Woods. Our conversation led to Siobhán taking an advert on our 2026 edition (current month of February) and her restaurant Cove, will appear again on our 2027 calendar.
Siobhán, an expert chef, is maître d' at the fine dining establishment and that's not all. Along with husband Peter, they combine fine dining with *Dog Friendliness*! Yep! Fine *Dog Friendly* dining.
Iggy and Frida were special guests in March of last year (photo), and I got to tag along, too.
