About us:

How it works -

The Rusty Oven and Patsy Dans are two separate businesses working together; Find a table, choose from our range of starters, salads, sourdough pizzas, desserts and wine then order at the counter. Wait times will increase at peak periods but you will be notified of this at ordering. All our Sourdough bread and pizza is days in the making on site by ourselves and everything freshly prepared to order. Why Sourdough -

The long leavening process and use of only organic stoneground flour, water and a bit of salt in production makes it digestible, nutritious and tasty. Thanks to Ben Mackinnon of E5Bakehouse in Hackney who started us on this path to sourdough enlightenment in exchange for wind, waves, power cuts and whisky in a wintery Donegal. Why Dunfanaghy -

We like to get outside and there is no better place than Co. Donegal! We have created somewhere we want to work and hang out. Big thanks to everyone in Patsy Dan's Bar, especially the Devine family, for all their help and continued support. Who -
