Our kitchen sent out two beauties tonight:
✨ Lamb — pomme Anna, oyster mushrooms, cauliflower purée & rich lamb jus.
✨ Salmon — lobster bisque, baby potatoes & samphire.

Beautiful ingredients, simple flavours and some seriously good-looking plates from the kitchen tonight.
