A classic Thai soup with roots in Thailand’s central cuisine, Tom Kha G*i takes its name from its key ingredients, tom meaning to boil, kha meaning galangal, and g*i meaning chicken.

Tender chicken is cooked in creamy coconut milk with galangal, lemongrass and makrut lime leaves, creating a balance of rich, fragrant, sour and subtly spicy.
