WE’VE GOT OUR PHONE BACK! 📞😂
After two days without our phone, it got me thinking about how important our regulars are. Everything is online or automated now, but nothing beats a real conversation.

We’ve customers whose voices we know, whose orders we know before they’ve even finished saying them, and sometimes the chat comes before the order! 😂

We put up a story yesterday about the influx of 1⭐ reviews from strangers and honestly—we’ve been blown away by the support. Messages, comments, other local businesses reaching out… sound bunch altogether 😊

Local businesses like ours are the heart of the community, and every bit of support helps keep the lights on, the fryers running, and our town thriving. If something ever isn’t right, we’d encourage anyone thinking of leaving a 1⭐ to reach out to the business first, most issues are simple mistakes, and we’ll always be happy to make it right. It can take 10-20 positive reviews to cancel out one bad review. Supporting local isn’t just about one business—it’s about keeping the whole community strong 💪

Just to be clear it wasn’t about a specific bad review, we can take that. It’s the run of them lately, from people who haven’t even been in. Bit mad altogether.

We’re a busy takeaway, team flat out, orders flying. Things move fast and the odd mistake can happen, but we’ll always sort it if you let us know. We’re here to feed people, not run a Gordon Ramsay kitchen 😅
